Arun Reddy

Arun’s knowledge of the Florida real estate market runs deep. He personally started investing in real estate almost two decades ago. He turned his passion of real estate into a career by joining one of the world’s most trusted real estate firms – Coldwell Banker as a licensed Realtor® in 2016. He then transitioned to Realty Pros Assured, where he was awarded the prestigious Executive Club award reserved for the firm’s top producing agents for multiple years.
In 2023, he became a licensed Real Estate Broker and started his own Brokerage – Florida Investment Realty. Arun specializes in residential, commercial and Investment properties. In addition to the local real estate market, he also specializes in out of state and foreign investors as he has in depth knowledge of the needs and requirements of investors.
Florida Investment Realty is a boutique Real Estate Brokerage that caters to clients on a different level. Buyers and Sellers deal with Arun, the Broker/owner directly from start to finish. He handles properties from all over the state and offers property management services to all properties he sells.
Arun’s passion of travelling and meeting individuals in parts of the world like Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East made him realize that there was a huge need for a real estate professional that specializes in foreign investment in Florida. He can put you in touch with attorneys, title companies and banking representatives that specialize in foreign investments to ensure a smooth real estate transaction.
Arun is also passionate about aviation and cars. His father was a professional race car driver for over a decade racing Fiat’s in the 60’s. Arun continues the family tradition where he currently owns a Ferrari and sits on the Regional Board of the Ferrari Club of America and is the President of the Ferrari Club of America – Greater Orlando Chapter. He is also the automotive editor for the Stroll Ormond Beach Waterfront Magazine.
